Mission

  1. Discover problematic points in communication that enterprises and other organizations direct at ordinary people, and improve them toward “easy to look at, easy to understand, and viral” communications.
  2. Establish a standard for understandability in communicating information.
  3. Improve enterprise-consumer relations, and contribute to their mutual benefit.

Purpose for Action

Focus on communications related to ordinary people’s lives and property, and help improve companies’ designs that deliver their information.
