UCDA Activities: Certifications

At the UCDA, we formulate standards to improve the “easy to look at, easy to understand, and viral”  qualities of communications, and we have instituted a system to evaluate and certify communication processes and communication tools.  Also, we are making progress on a system to develop skilled workers who evaluate and improve communications.
